How We Work

 Hourly consultations are available to clients in the Western Suburbs who are looking for guidance or a second opinion. These clients usually have specific questions related to their design goals.  This visit could include but isn't limited to: furniture placement, paint colors, fabric selection, etc., and could cover multiple rooms.      Fee    $90 per hour.       

 MOOD BOARD DESIGN Mood board design is ideal for the motivated do-it-yourself client who needs guidance and inspiration to get started on a project.  This service includes walk-through/consultation, after which mood board clients receive: 1. A custom designed digital board outlining a plan for their space. To see examples of a design board go here: 2. A product resource guide with links to items that complete the look you are trying to achieve ~ in line with your budget. 3. You will also receive notes, design tips and DIY steps, if applicable, to help you get the most out of your mood board.     Fee    $800 per room.   

STAGING For the motivated seller to prepare the home for maximum return and expedited sales.  Furnished Homes: Initial walk-through of entire home with instructions for de-cluttering  and optimal furniture and accessory arrangement.  Unfurnished Homes: Selection of rental furniture, lighting, and accessories as needed and supervision of placement. Both services include final revisit for review and fine-tuning.  Fee  $90 per hour.  

FULL DESIGN SERVICE      Full design services to include consultation, mood board presentation, and approval and purchasing service of all items as needed to complete the project. Installment phase to include scheduling delivery, final placement consult and staging of all accessory items. Fee  $90 per hour plus retention of trade volume discount.    

BILLING PRACTICES       All billable communication initiated by client requiring consult on design, purchasing, and/or placement is billed at hourly rate and at a minimum of 15 minute increments. *Travel outside the Western Suburbsis billed at  1/2   of the round trip  travel  timeper hour.  Consideration for Trade Discounts: If applicable, trade discounts will be quoted to the client on a sliding scale of full retail, and according to vendor.
